Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Complete Staffing Solutions.

This role is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely management of finances, and providing exceptional support to our accounting department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily, monthly, and annual accounting duties, including financial reporting, budget development, account reconciliations, and year-end audits.
  • Assist with client billing, cash management, accounts payable, and payroll responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to client billing and revenue.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a financial operations role.
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
What We Offer:
  • $50 per hour.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance once employed for 60 days. To be eligible, you must work an average of 30 hours per week, on average, per month.
