Job Opportunity:

We are partnering with a renowned law firm to fill the position of an experienced Transactional Attorney. The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in various legal domains and offer expert advice in commercial and corporate law, contract law, construction law, wills and estates, and immigration.

Key Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing commercial transactions, providing general legal advice, and collaborating with other legal professionals and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

The successful candidate must be admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction, possess a minimum of five years of experience as a solicitor with a strong background in insurance, and have extensive experience in wills, estates, representation agreements, and conveyancing.
