About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Dixie Mart. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing store operations, including inventory management and customer service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
