Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Professional to join our team at Sky Lakes Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support our mission to deliver compassionate and quality medical services.

About the Job

This role is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe environment, administer vital signs, and perform various tasks as assigned by the nursing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including vital signs and treatment plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, as needed.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a dynamic healthcare environment with exposure to trauma, disease, and other medical conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to function effectively in high-stress situations and maintain composure under pressure.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
