SalaryAs a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with IntelyCare, you can earn up to $34 per hour. This competitive pay rate is designed to reflect your skills and experience, with opportunities for overtime pay and holiday boosts. Job DescriptionAs an STNA with IntelyCare, you will provide excellent nursing care to post-acute residents in areas nearby. Your responsibilities will include supporting residents with basic activities of daily living (ADLs), protecting resident health and safety by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, and documenting and reporting resident vital signs and updates to the nursing team. You will also engage with residents in ways that build relationships based on trust and security, and communicate effectively with medical professionals, residents, and family members.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing care procedures and clinical terminology
- Detail-oriented and able to effectively communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Earn up to $34 per hour as an STNA
- Pay rates that are up to 25% higher on average
