Emergency Medicine Attending Physician Opportunity at NYC Health + Hospitals

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking an Emergency Medicine Attending Physician to join our dynamic faculty at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-volume ACS Level 1 trauma center, a regional burn center, a primary stroke center, and a STEMI/PCI center.
The department has active programs in ultrasound, simulation, hyperbaric, public health initiatives, global health, education, and research. We are looking for faculty with subspecialty niches and others who are committed to excellence in patient care, education, and promoting scholarship to enhance the mission of the department.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department
- Participate in the education and training of residents and medical students
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments and services to improve patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- NYS Medical License
- Graduation from an approved school of medicine
