Job Title: OpenText Exstream LeadRole Description:
As an OpenText Exstream Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of OpenText Exstream solutions. With 3 to 5 years of experience in working on OpenText implementations, you will have expertise on Designer and Design Manager, as well as hands-on experience on Design Center, Control Center, Designer, Workshop, Delivery manager, and its respective components. You must have worked on different driver files and have good hands-on experience on template development on OpenText Exstream. Additionally, you should have knowledge on email configurations, print, pdf, archiving, and strong troubleshooting experience on OpenText Exstream project bugs. You should have taken part in at least 2 end-to-end implementations of OpenText Streamserve / Exstream and have experience on upgradation in OpenText Exstream 16 and above. You should also know how to configure and customize create of classifications, meta data and business data.
Essential Skills:
Strong working experience on OpenText implementations. Strong command on verbal and written English language, crisp Business communication skills are a mandatory requirement. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Desirable Skills:
Prior hands-on integration with CRM systems will be an added advantage. Basic knowledge of API's and workflows Experience on any other CCM tool like xPression Quadient Inspire is a plus. Experience in any Domain like Insurance/Banking/Retail/Manufacturing is a plus. You should have had direct client experience, including working with client teams in an on-site and/or offshore mode.
