About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Service Associate to join our team at Five County Credit Union. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions and new account services efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with credit union policies and regulations.
  • Identify and cross-sell products and services that meet the financial needs of our members, promoting their financial well-being and contributing to the credit union's growth objectives.
  • Assist with account openings, closings, and changes, as well as resolving member inquiries and issues related to account services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Reliable transportation and attendance are essential.
