We specialize in both new and used cars, and we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to help maintain the quality of our used car inventory.

Job Summary

This role involves detailing used cars brought in on trade to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation before being showcased to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, making them look as close to new as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exterior Detailing: Perform thorough cleaning and polishing vehicle exteriors to ensure a showroom shine.">
• Interior Detailing: Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, upholstery, and dashboards.">
• Protective Finishes: Apply protective finishes to vehicle exteriors to maintain their condition.">
• Quality Control: Inspect vehicles for imperfections and ensure they meet dealership quality standards.">
• Safety and Efficiency: Safely and efficiently operate detailing tools and equipment.">
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work area.">
• Communication: Report any damage or issues with vehicles to management.">
• Additional Duties: Assist with other duties as needed, including vehicle transport and customer service.">

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required.">
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a passion for cars are essential.">

• Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of detailing products and equipment.">
• Physical Demands: Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.">

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as paid health insurance, company-paid life and disability insurance, vision and dental plans, 401K plan with employer match, parts and labor discounts, vehicle purchase discounts, paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
