Primary Care Physician Opportunity in North Carolina

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at First Choice Community Health Centers. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to patients, including medical history taking, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patient care. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and make referrals as necessary.

Job Summary- Provides primary healthcare services to patients, including medical history taking, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patient care
- Works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and make referrals as necessary
- Develops and implements patient care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and preferences
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant standards and regulations
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and contributes to the development of policies and procedures
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a residency program in family medicine or a related field
- Licensure to practice medicine in North Carolina
- Board certification in family medicine or a related specialty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patients, families, and healthcare teams
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
