Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the development of our projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction management principles and be able to coordinate all facets of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall field coordination and construction of ACC development projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Assist with pre-development activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
  • Oversee General Contractors, Architects, and other consultants to ensure project quality and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local municipalities and authorities.
  • Coordinate and attend project-specific meetings and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Monitor construction schedules and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Track and manage Request for Information (RFI) and Submittal logs.
  • Prepare regular project progress reports and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents.
  • Review and approve monthly pay applications and change orders.
  • Be available on-call to address delays, emergencies, and other site-related issues.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Design.
  • 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, Construction Administration, or Field Supervision.
