At Hallmark US Springboard, we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dynamic Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you'll be responsible for showcasing our products in stores across various locations.

About the Role

This part-time position involves working independently to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and establish strong relationships with local store teams. You'll collaborate with our team to ensure seamless seasonal resets and installations, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Salary and Shift Details

We offer a competitive salary between $13.00 - $14.00 per hour, depending on your shift and location. This role is designed as a variable schedule during the workweek, with approximately 10 hours of work per week. Additionally, you may be required to work availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
  • Restock, organize, and monitor inventory levels using our mobile device technology.
  • Maintain professional and courteous interactions with store employees, management, and customers.
  • Support holiday demand by working extended hours during peak seasons, including potential work on actual holidays.
  • Participate in department resets, building and installing fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections.
Physical Requirements

This role requires a high level of energy and physical stamina. You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Basic Qualifications
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Be able to read, write, and understand English.
  • Have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Able to operate hand-held technology provided to open and read documents and interpret information.
  • You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
  • Have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
