We are seeking a skilled Home Health LPN to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. in South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient-centered care in the home setting for individuals with varying medical conditions.
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members.
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications, perform wound care, and manage medical equipment as needed.
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited LPN institution.
- Valid LPN Licensure.
- Competitive salary range: $61,348 - $72,344.
- Days schedule.
