Organ Transplant Specialist at St. Louis Children's Hospital

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating patients' mental health needs through thorough assessments
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans
- Providing psychological support to patients and their families throughout the transplant process
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting productivity targets
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry advancements and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D.) or related field
- Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in an organ transplant setting
- Strong understanding of human behavior and learning principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Benefits and Compensation: BJC offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
