Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage IT infrastructure budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT infrastructure technologies and trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT infrastructure solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in IT infrastructure technologies, including Windows, Citrix, VMware, and Active Directory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices.
