Job Summary

Premise Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional to join our team in Wichita, KS. Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a strengths-based approach to assist clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
  • Provide psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families, as needed.
  • Interact with clients to assist in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action to achieve effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
  • Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnose disorders, using information obtained from interviews, screeners, records, and reference materials.
  • Utilize evidence-based intervention methods within scope of practice to meet the needs of the population.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study.
  • Licensed mental health clinician, including LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LPCC, or LCPC.
  • Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS – care) certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
  • 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Must have prior counseling experience in the field of treatment of behavioral mental health, including depression, mood disorders, alcoholism, and drug dependency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous clinical experience in integrated behavioral health settings.
  • Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of individuals in an outpatient counseling setting.
  • Experience in family, couples, and therapy with children, as applicable.
