Job Title: Contractor Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contractor Development Manager to join our team at Trex Company. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing the overall TrexPro network growth by increasing exposure, knowledge, and usage of core TrexPro program elements within the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase TrexPro network growth and optimize program elements.
  • Collaborate with District and Regional Sales Management to identify and quantify dealer growth opportunities through TrexPro workshops with decking customers.
  • Lead and measure sales team efforts to ensure the TrexPro network has fully optimized the core elements of the TrexPro program.
  • Effectively manage marketing funds for overall TrexPro growth and Business Development Funds (BDF) to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a proven sales success track record.
  • At least 3 years of related sales experience or 3 years of key account responsibility required for Contractor Development Manager I.
  • At least 7 years of related sales experience and 5 years of key account responsibility or 3 years of successful personnel management experience required for Contractor Development Manager II.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range: $75,000 - $105,000 annually.
  • Annual/sales bonus eligible.
