Laboratory Manager Position

Pride Health is seeking a skilled Laboratory Manager to oversee the Clinical Laboratory, ensuring effective planning, budgeting, and supervision of department programs and services. This is a full-time opportunity to join a top-tier healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operations of the Clinical Laboratory, including planning, budgeting, and supervision of department programs and services.
  • Ensure that section objectives are accomplished effectively, efficiently, and economically.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Certifications: MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), HTL(ASCP), or CT(ASCP) required where technical or clinical testing is performed.
  • Skills: At least five years of prior supervisory or managerial experience in a laboratory setting preferred. Must have HLA experience.

Additional Information:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay Range: $89,947-$106, Must have 15-20 years of relevant experience to be considered for max salary)

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
