Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, CORE Project Management Office to lead our government and non-government portfolio of contracts and grants. The successful candidate will provide governance, alignment, management, and optimization across multiple projects to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the management, implementation, and reporting of strategic cross-functional programs/initiatives
  • Provide effective guidance to a team of Project Managers, Project Technical Coordinators, and other users of the PMO methodology
  • Assign project management resources based on skills, complexity, and level of technicality
  • Actively monitor all project and program milestones and implement solutions to mitigate risks and issues
  • Develop and implement best in class processes, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to be deployed across CORE
  • Manage critical success factors and develop standard metrics for implementation to measure utilization and performance across all projects
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical or business-related field required
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing large scale projects and professional teams required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or related project management certification required
  • Excellent analytical, writing, verbal, and presentation communication skills required
