Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with TK Health, you will have the opportunity to utilize your medical skills to provide patient care in a correctional setting. Our team oversees the day-to-day healthcare operations in facilities with inmate populations ranging from 25 to nearly 2,800 inmates.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in a correctional setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to healthcare team

Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
