Luxury Property Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Luxury Property Ambassador to join our team at Boston Residential Concierge. As the first point of contact for our residents, you will be responsible for creating a lasting impression that perfectly complements the property's elegance and sophistication.

The salary for this role is $18 per hour, providing a competitive compensation package that reflects your value to our team.

• Extend a warm welcome and acknowledge all residents while announcing their guests with grace and poise.
• Provide exceptional resident services, including accepting and retrieving packages and dry-cleaning, offering transportation options, recommending service vendors, making restaurant reservations, and fulfilling any additional requests promptly.
• Project an image that enhances the property's allure through impeccable appearance and outstanding performance.
• Adhere strictly to formal operating policies and procedures, which encompass customer service techniques and emergency response protocols.
