Server Job Description

At Schulman Theaters, we're looking for a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary objective will be to create a memorable dining experience for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests, making them feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes, making recommendations that you genuinely believe they will enjoy.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests, entering them into our point-of-sale system and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and organized service area.
  • Monitor and observe guests' experiences, ensuring they are satisfied with their food and service.
  • Prepare final bills, present checks to guests, and process payments.
  • Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers and bus persons as needed.
