About the Role

TotalMed Allied is seeking a skilled Echo Technician to join our team for a travel assignment in Houston, Texas.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and certified Echo Technician to work with our clients in the Houston area. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other diagnostic imaging procedures, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms and other diagnostic imaging procedures according to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment by adhering to safety protocols, maintaining accurate records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification as an Echo Tech.
  • At least 1 year of experience in echo cardiology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
