O'Reilly Auto Parts is a leading auto parts retailer with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee daily order processing operations in our distribution center.

This key role involves ensuring department compliance with company operations, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining payroll figures, budgeting, productivity, and team member evaluations.

The Logistics Operations Manager will provide leadership, training, and guidance to ensure productivity and morale are maintained. This will involve working closely with operations and DC managers to establish annual goals and ensuring effective recruiting, hiring, and training practices.

Maintaining safety standards and identifying unsafe practices are also critical aspects of this role.

To succeed as a Logistics Operations Manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong multitasking and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills
  • The ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual
  • A college degree or logistics certification
  • 2+ years previous experience in a supervisor role
  • Advanced computer skills
  • O'Reilly supervisor training program
