Martial Arts Instructor

Impact Kids is a rapidly growing organization revolutionizing martial arts instruction for children and adults. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and professional black belt instructor who embodies our mission and values.

This full-time position involves providing daily martial arts instruction to students between 4 and 18 years old with varying ability levels. The successful candidate will demonstrate mastery in their martial art discipline and possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Deliver high-quality martial arts instruction while promoting a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs and abilities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and attendance.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to ensure seamless program execution.
• Promote Impact Kids' core values and maintain a positive, supportive team culture.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, camp counseling, youth volunteer work).
• Martial arts teaching experience (1-5 years minimum) with a strong understanding of your discipline.
• Certification in teaching or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).

• A competitive estimated salary range: $50,000-$70,000 annually.
