Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our team at Epsilon. As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation to support our software products. This role requires strong writing and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products, including user guides, release notes, and API guides.
  • Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure documentation meets business needs.
  • Conduct research and interviews to gather information for documentation and ensure accuracy.
  • Review and edit user-generated content from product community forums and incorporate it into documentation.
  • Deliverables include configuration and integration guides, technical release notes, product documentation, demonstration videos, API guides, product Q&A, forum content, and the like.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience documenting technical information in a software company environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant technical or writing field.
  • Experience working as an integral part of an Agile development team to research, plan, and produce content for a range of audiences and products, with a focus on enterprise software development.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience documenting digital marketing products is highly desired.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a technical writer in the digital marketing industry a plus.
