Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team, who will play a crucial role in elevating awareness of our core competencies and capabilities through active account management with assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elevate awareness of Stark Equipment's core competencies and capabilities through active account management with assigned accounts.
  • Work with management and peers on account management, sales strategies, and goal achievement, project design, project bidding, project management, and pipeline management.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in engineering and/or other applicable technology space required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 5 to 10 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite essential.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Can multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive base salary of $85,000 per year, as well as opportunities for career growth within the company.

The position also includes eligibility for a variable sales bonus and potential for a sales start-up assistance program.
