About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Representative Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will embark on a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the skills and competencies necessary to excel in selling Individual Insurance products.

What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive hourly wage of $16/hour for up to 30 days, followed by a promotion to a Financial Representative with a base salary of $36,000 per year, plus monthly sales incentive opportunities. Additionally, you will have access to an education-based Accelerator Program, benefits, and perks, including a 401(k) plan with a company match and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in a comprehensive program to develop the skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients
  • Demonstrate appropriate skills and pass a sales process competency test
  • Gain direct sales experience in marketing Individual Insurance products to clients
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal business partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the ability to successfully achieve the criteria of the Trainee Program, pass and apply for insurance licenses within 14 days, and undergo a background check. You should also be highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
