About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and promote the provision of quality patient care in accordance with the Marian Medical Center healthcare philosophy.
  • Actively participate as a team member in the systems functions and activities of the unit/department.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and basic procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Current Certification in Nursing Assistant (CT CNA)
  • Six (6) months recent hospital experience as CNA
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
