Service Foreman

Murphy-Hoffman Company is seeking a highly skilled Service Foreman to join our team. As a Service Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising a team of service technicians, ensuring the quality of repairs, and providing excellent customer service.

• Supervise and manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair operations.
• Assist in the diagnosis of mechanical difficulties and recommend necessary repairs.
• Work with the Service Advisor to schedule work, communicate with customers, and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Inspect and road test vehicles to ensure quality of repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop area, ensuring special tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Participate in training to stay current on warranty and technical issues.

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a related field, including a proven service background and knowledge of warranties.
