Job Description:

Clinical Perioperative SME Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Perioperative SME to join our team at ClearBridge Technology Group. As a key member of our client's clinical product team, you will be responsible for providing nursing clinical input into new capability design, workflow optimization, and creation/modification of enterprise workflows. You will collaborate with the team to design fully integrated clinician and revenue cycle workflows to support clinically driven revenue cycles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing nursing clinical input into new capability design
  • Nursing clinical input into workflow optimization
  • Creation/modification of enterprise workflows in Workflow Designer
  • Collaboration with team to design fully integrated clinician and revenue cycle workflows
  • Supporting the development of adoption presentations for nursing and provider services
  • Supporting functional valid events with creation of scripts for demonstration in a non-production environment
  • Design & testing activities support and review/recommended updates to provider, nursing, and allied health training content

Requirements:

  • 9 years of experience with a BS degree
  • US citizen able to pass a Tier III public trust clearance
  • Extensive Oracle Cerner Millennium experience
  • Previous Hospital and/or Clinical experience
  • Expertise in workflow design and Workflow Designer tool
  • Expertise in facilitation of design and adoption sessions
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise Healthcare and/or Government projects/programs

Desired Skills:

  • Previous Cerner Millennium deployment experience
  • Previous Cerner Millennium optimization and sustainment experience
