Mass General Brigham seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a nursing position in Salem, Massachusetts.

About the Role

This is an ongoing opportunity to work 24 hours per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients with mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
  • Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • 2+ years of experience in Med/Surg nursing, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
