We are seeking a highly skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals looking to gain experience in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:
As a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab, you will be responsible for assisting physicians during medical procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their care. Your technical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist physicians during medical procedures, maintaining strict adherence to protocols and guidelines
* Ensure accurate and timely preparation of patients for procedures, including setup of equipment and materials
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience as a Radiation Technologist preferred
* Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess PC skills
* Physical abilities include remaining in a stationary position, moving about, moving equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending, monitoring, and evaluating patients before, during, and post procedure

Compensation Package:
Our competitive compensation package includes:
* Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, tax-free stipend amount to be determined
* Comprehensive benefits starting day one, including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and 401(k)
* Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours
