The Neshaminy School District is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Worker to join their team at Carl Sandburg Middle School. This full-time position involves cleaning the school building and grounds, maintaining facilities, and responding to needs as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean the school building and grounds according to established schedules
  • Maintain facilities including snow removal, grass cutting, and other tasks as required
  • Respond to building needs in a timely manner
  • Secure the assigned building as needed
  • Perform minor building repairs and other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with chemical cleaning products
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, walk for extended periods, kneel, squat, climb stairs, manipulate tools, push and pull heavy objects, and read and understand written and oral instructions
