As a Package Delivery Driver at UPS, you'll drive our familiar brown trucks, bringing packages great and small to our customers. You'll enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and being behind the wheel. To succeed in this role, you'll need the ability to lift up to 70 lbs., a valid driver's license (no CDL required, license type varies by state), and to pass the DOT physical. Excellent customer service and driving skills are also essential.

Our Package Delivery Drivers work eight to ten hours per day, with workdays varying from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on the business needs. You'll be expected to comply with our appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform. In return, you'll receive excellent weekly pay, growth opportunities, and extensive training.

The estimated salary for this position is $23.00 per hour. With a seasonal role like this, you can gain valuable experience and potentially move on to a permanent position with more benefits and advantages. As a permanent, full-time small package delivery driver at UPS, you can expect an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
