Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Supervisor to lead our talented Emergency & Critical Care team members in Lawrence, Massachusetts. As part of the esteemed Ethos Veterinary Health network, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, comprehensive medical services for pets and their owners.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee scheduling, training, and foster a collaborative atmosphere among team members. With 75% technical and 25% administrative responsibilities, this role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and prioritize exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize staffing needs aligned with client demands and budget constraints.
  • Gain insight into departmental workflows to optimize operations.
  • Actively contribute to problem-solving efforts in daily operations.
  • Cultivate positive working relationships across departments.
  • Foster trust, respect, communication, and cooperation among team members.
  • Champion the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
  • Serve as the hospital's primary resource for all departments when needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee staff training and skills development.
  • Collaborate with staff at all levels to streamline service delivery without compromising care quality or hospitality.
  • Participate in hiring processes, onboarding new staff, and conducting performance reviews.
Requirements
  • CVT required.
  • VTS is a significant plus.
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.

Compensation

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $31-$38 per hour, depending on experience and skills assessment. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days of full-time employment. We provide opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
