We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Supervisor to lead our talented Emergency & Critical Care team members in Lawrence, Massachusetts. As part of the esteemed Ethos Veterinary Health network, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, comprehensive medical services for pets and their owners.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will oversee scheduling, training, and foster a collaborative atmosphere among team members. With 75% technical and 25% administrative responsibilities, this role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and prioritize exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Strategize staffing needs aligned with client demands and budget constraints.
- Gain insight into departmental workflows to optimize operations.
- Actively contribute to problem-solving efforts in daily operations.
- Cultivate positive working relationships across departments.
- Foster trust, respect, communication, and cooperation among team members.
- Champion the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- Serve as the hospital's primary resource for all departments when needed.
- Coordinate and oversee staff training and skills development.
- Collaborate with staff at all levels to streamline service delivery without compromising care quality or hospitality.
- Participate in hiring processes, onboarding new staff, and conducting performance reviews.
- CVT required.
- VTS is a significant plus.
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.

CompensationThis is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $31-$38 per hour, depending on experience and skills assessment.
