About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Configuration Technician to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This hands-on position will provide a dedicated individual to support our workload and offer opportunities for growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing pre-configuration of equipment prior to shipment to customers. They will follow specific written work instructions to efficiently provision and configure IT devices and prepare them for deployment based on customer requirements.

This role involves working independently in a configuration lab environment, where you will unbox, re-box, and process equipment for shipping. You will also clean, test, and inspect IT devices, as well as escalate technical or other issues to your immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow documented processes to maintain high-quality work product and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete assigned work in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Participate in internal departmental and project meetings.
  • Offer suggestions on improving processes and efficiencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 1 year of experience (preferred) or relevant training directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Valid Driver's License (less than 6 points on license to adhere to insurance requirements).
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities of low complexity.
  • Aptitude to learn various IT disciplines at a basic level.
