Insurance Sales Representative

Greg Winczewski State Farm is seeking a highly motivated and competitive Producer who can identify opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Manager, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will enable you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
Responsibilities:- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet production goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred but not required.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Property & Casualty as well as Life and Health license. Must be able to obtain.
- Salary plus commission/bonus.
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).
