Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Acadia Healthcare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting, filing, and collating medical records, as well as creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort, file, and collate medical records and information
  • Create medical record files and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Research lost or missing records and information
  • Respond to requests for medical records from outside agencies
  • Maintain accurate logs and statistics

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in medical records
