About the Opportunity

Join a team of dedicated professionals at Canon Solutions America, Inc. as a Field Service II Technician.

We are seeking an individual who can diagnose and repair designated equipment to meet our high standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
  • Service and repair equipment to Canon's quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain working knowledge and aptitude of multiple product groups.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
  • A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete introductory training.
  • The ability to travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
Compensation and Benefits

This is a competitive compensation opportunity with an estimated salary range of $21.50-$31.74 per hour, depending on qualifications and location.
