Job Overview

RWC International LTD is seeking a skilled Mobile Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical service to vehicles and equipment, ensuring that all repairs are performed correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment
  • Read job orders, observe, and listen to vehicles in operation to resolve malfunctions and plan work procedures
  • Follow checklists to ensure all critical parts are examined
  • Test-drive vehicles to ensure they run smoothly
  • Tag all warranty parts and returns to the warranty clerk
  • Attend training classes and stay up-to-date on factory technical bulletins
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer satisfaction
  • Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements and published procedures
  • Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High degree of product and technical knowledge
  • Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must conduct themselves in a professional manner
