Company OverviewNexis Power is a leading provider of innovative solar energy solutions. We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives, driving the growth of our business through direct sales and customer engagement.

Compensation PackageA competitive salary of $250,000 per year, plus commission on sales. The estimated annual compensation for this role is approximately $350,000-$400,000 based on meeting performance targets.

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and representing Nexis Power with professionalism and integrity. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice on solar energy systems and solutions.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and excellent customer experience.

Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
  • a proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
