Job Title: Firearms Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Firearms Associate to join our team at Sportsman's Warehouse. As a Firearms Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and secure environment, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring each customer receives a friendly and welcoming experience.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the hunting department, including the gun counter and firearm rooms.
  • Process and replenish merchandise, monitor floor stock, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist customers in selecting products, provide knowledge of products carried, and present company sales techniques.
  • Communicate customer requests to management and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with customers and co-workers.
  • Basic understanding of proper cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to assist in mounting and maintenance of all firearms.
  • Demonstrate exceptional merchandise techniques (organization and pricing).
Education and Training:

A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma is recommended. Sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse is required.
