Cash Management: Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will perform business analysis of the client and business requirements within the existing system, as well as what the future capabilities and offerings may require that support the bank's new Cash Management Initiative which is rebuilding the current capabilities and features offered to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolves or assists in the resolution of conflicts within and between functional areas and implements changes where appropriate.
- Collaborates to define and design scope for each program epics and features and web page.
- Performs analysis and design around the business requirements and specifications.
- Ensures client perspective and input is leveraged in design of analytics developed for client use
- Reviews the use feature and stories around enhancements for application changes.
- Works within cross functional agile teams with developers, product owners and testers.
- Helps define acceptance criteria and scope of feature testing.
- Documents and writes business stories, defines interface requirements, workflows, and presentations.
Interpersonal Skills
- Work with colleagues in the treasury and cash management product development ecosystem to help clarify questions around product features and customer value proposition.
- Interface with legal, compliance, risk management and other internal control and operations groups to identify and clear obstacles to product enhancements / releases.
- Interface with colleagues in marketing to ensure that materials are relevant and accurate for new or modified treasury and cash management products.
- Work closely with consumer, corporate banking, cards and digital product management teams to ensure the overall firm offering is optimized and coordinated.

- Strong business and data analysis skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for services provided to corporate customers.
- Ability to put customer as driving force in all work delivered
- Strong skills in analyzing data and developing insights
- Ability to develop insights into future use cases for clients
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to write and communicate requirements to business and technology partners.
- Ability to influence people outside the immediate span of control, including business users, other staff and vendors.
- Experience working in an environment where adherence to banking compliance and regulatory standards is essential.
