Field Sales Executive for Missouri Territory

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Missouri. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the public sector and commercial markets.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 4+ years of field sales experience and a proven track record of success in building relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for:
- Building territory penetration strategy and continuously analyzing individual performance to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Qualifying prospects based on customer size, spend, and potential and routing opportunities to fellow sales team members
- Scheduling appointments and meeting with prospective customers to present Quill values and solutions
- Utilizing marketing collateral to build engaging presentations and drive prospect engagement and conversion
- Attending conferences, tradeshows, and events representing Quill and winning new customers
- Create and present custom pricing solutions to potential high-growth commercial customers
- Leveraging education contracts to acquire new education customers or drive growth for existing ones
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM at all times, including activity logs and pipeline
- Seeking ways to constantly improve and applying manager and peer-led coaching
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School diploma/GED
- 4+ years of field sales experience
- Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs, and conferences (approximately 50% travel)
- Remote role: Must be able to cover a territory of the state of Missouri
