Steakhouse Expeditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Expeditor to join our team at Black Angus Steakhouse LLC. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate food preparation and presentation to meet plate presentation standards and preparation specs.
• Communicate effectively with the front and heart of house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure the quality of food meets our high standards.
• Assist the kitchen team as needed to maintain a smooth service.
• Keep the server line clean and organized.
• Assign and check sidework for food servers.
• Put away all product at the end of the night.
• Inform management of any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
