Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Centra Healthcare Allied, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance.
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Physical Therapist specializing in SNF / LTC.
  • Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice.
Compensation & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, Centra Healthcare Allied offers a range of benefits, including:
