About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Bon Secours. As a registered nurse in our ICU, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Job Summary

The ICU Registered Nurse position is responsible for providing individualized, high-quality care to critically ill patients. You will utilize your strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, determine priorities, and implement clinical nursing interventions to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify areas of improvement, and prioritize interventions
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, consistent with state practice and organizational policies
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months of hire
  • At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in critical care or med/surg
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $118,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
