About the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Position:

Responsibilities for this Licensed Practical Nurse opportunity include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
- Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
- Foster a caring environment that respects patients' dignity
- Perform comprehensive health assessments of residents, including vital signs, medical history, and current health status
- Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided
- Administer medications according to physician orders, ensuring accurate dosage and proper documentation
- Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disorders, adapting care plans as needed
- Remain flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends, and holidays
- Educate residents and their families on health conditions, medications, and preventive measures to promote overall well-being
- Be a model of professionalism and compassion by serving as an ambassador to this organization
Job Requirements for LPN Licensed Practical Nurse:
- 1+ years of recent nursing experience required
- BLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- LPN license in NC
