As a Skincare Specialist with MWD Management, LLC, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional aesthetic services to our patients. Your expertise in analyzing and customizing skincare treatments will help improve and maintain the health of our patients' skin.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide various skin treatments, including aesthetic procedures that require physician oversight, such as Photorejuvenation, CoolSculpting, PRP, and Microneedling.
Prepare patients for treatment, position instruments and equipment, and interview patients to ensure understanding of procedures and treatments.
Record significant conditions and reactions, and accurately code all services provided.
Consult with patients regarding skin care needs, procedures, outcomes, problems, etc.
Assist providers as needed with patient skin care, and oversee and provide skin care and cosmetic products for patients.
Maintain inventory of products and report on sales of products.
Maintain patient confidentiality and data integrity in accordance with HIPAA.
Requirements:
Experience working in a medical setting, with dermatology or plastic surgery preferred.
Must be a graduate of an accredited program, and maintain appropriate state licensure and current CPR certification.
Ability to communicate in an active multi-office environment, and efficiently operate all job-related office equipment.
Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and reliable.
